チケットについて
（必ずお読みください）
※ 開映後10分を過ぎますとご入場いただけません。
※ 当日の進行状況により、開場・開映・終映時間が前後する場合がございます。
【料金・購入方法】
・チケットは一律1,800円、全席指定席・日時指定券です。
・各プログラムのチケットは、各プログラムの開映時間までご購入いただけます。
・チケットはできるだけ余裕を持ってお買い求めください。
・チケットはオンライン販売のみとなり、会場での販売はございません。
【ご入場・上映に関する注意】
・お時間に余裕をもってご来場いただける回をお選びのうえ、チケットをご購入ください。
・開映後にご入場される場合は、他のお客様の鑑賞を妨げないよう、最大限のご配慮をお願いいたします。
・ご入場後に一度退場されますと、再入場はできません。
【上映後イベントについて】
・2/21（土）11:15〜の回と、2/22（日）19:10〜の回は、上映後にゲスト登壇を予定しております。
【お支払い・払い戻しについて】
・クレジットカード支払いは、チケット代金以外の手数料は一切かかりません。
・コンビニ支払いは、別途手数料がかかります。
・不可抗力（自然災害・行政指示等）によりイベントが中止となった場合を除き、チケットの払い戻し・変更等は一切お受けしておりません。
【QRコード・Teketの利用について】
・入場にはチケットのQRコードが必要です。
・スクリーンショットではご入場いただけません。
・下記いずれかのQRコードをご提示ください。
（1）購入確認メールのQRコード
（2）teketにログインして表示するQRコード（会員登録が必要です）
（3）LINEで受け取ったQRコード（事前の連携が必要です）
（4）購入確認メールに添付されたPDFのQRコードを印刷したもの
・チケット販売システム「Teket」は会員登録なしでご購入いただけます。
・コンビニ支払いやチケットの譲渡機能をご利用の場合は、会員登録が必要です。
・当映画祭の受付では、チケットの譲渡など「Teket」の各種サービスに関する個別案内は対応できません。
・チケットの譲渡など詳しい操作方法については「Teket」のサポートへお問い合わせください。
【その他のご案内】

会場内でのお願い
（必ずお読みください）
【撮影・録音について】
・上映中の写真撮影、動画撮影および録音行為は固く禁止しております。
・上映時間外の会場内での写真撮影は、ゲスト撮影ならびにフォトスポットでの撮影のみ可能です。
・撮影の際は、他のお客様が写り込まないようご配慮ください。
【上映中のマナーについて】
・上映中は携帯電話・スマートフォンの電源をお切りいただくか、機内モードに設定し、音・振動・画面の点灯が起きないようご設定ください。
・上映中の会話など、他のお客様の鑑賞を妨げる行為はご遠慮ください。
【飲食・ゴミについて】
・劇場内は飲み物のみお持ち込みいただけます。
・こぼすと周囲にご迷惑や劇場設備への損害が生じる恐れがありますので、ご注意ください。
・ロビーではご飲食いただけますが、館内にゴミ箱はございません。ゴミは各自お持ち帰りください。
【トイレ・館内設備について】
・会場2Fには男女別トイレがございます。
・1Fには、どなたでもご利用いただける多目的トイレ（車椅子対応）がございます。
・エレベーターは、車椅子をご利用の方など階段のご利用が難しいお客様を優先してご使用いただけるよう、ご配慮をお願いいたします。
【ハラスメント・迷惑行為について】
・差別的発言、ハラスメント行為、威圧的・攻撃的な言動など、他のお客様の安心と尊厳を損なう行為は固く禁止いたします。
・皆さまが安心して映画を楽しめる環境を守るため、鑑賞の妨げとなる行為が確認された場合は、ご退場いただく場合がございます。その際のチケットの払い戻し・変更等は一切お断りします。
障がい者割引について
（必要な方はお読みください）
・映画チケットは一律1,800円で販売いたしますが、当日受付にて障害者手帳をご提示いただいたご本人様に限り、200円を現金で返金いたします。
・返金の際には、受領証へのお名前のご記入をお願いいたします。
・返金は当日の受付対応のみとなります。
About Tickets
(Please be sure to read)
※ Entry will not be permitted after 10 minutes from the scheduled start time of the screening.
※ Please note that opening times, screening start times, and end times may change depending on the progress of the event on the day.
【Ticket Price & Purchase】
・Tickets are ¥1,800 each. All seats are reserved, and tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected.
・Tickets for each program may be purchased until the scheduled start time of that program.
・We recommend purchasing your ticket well in advance.
・Tickets are available online only; there will be no ticket sales at the venue.
【Admission & Screening Policies】
・Please select a screening that allows you sufficient time to arrive before the start time.
・If you enter the theater after the screening has started, please be considerate so as not to disturb other audience members.
・Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
【Post-Screening Events】
・Guests are scheduled to appear after the screenings on Saturday, February 21 (11:15 screening) and Sunday, February 22 (19:10 screening).
【Payment & Refund Policy】
・No additional fees apply when paying by credit card.
・Convenience store payments incur an additional handling fee.
・Except in cases where the event is cancelled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or government directives), no refunds or changes will be accepted.
【QR Code & Teket Usage】
・A ticket QR code is required for admission.
・Screenshots of QR codes will not be accepted.
・Please present one of the following QR codes.
（1）The QR code included in your purchase confirmation email.
（2）The QR code displayed when logged in to Teket (membership registration required).
（3）The QR code received via LINE (prior account linkage required).
（4）A printed copy of the QR code attached as a PDF to your purchase confirmation email.
・Tickets can be purchased via the ticketing system “Teket” without creating an account.
・However, account registration is required for convenience store payments and ticket transfer functions.
・Please note that festival staff at the venue cannot provide individual assistance with Teket services such as ticket transfers.
・For detailed instructions, please contact Teket support directly.

Venue Guidelines

【Photography & Recording】
・Photography, video recording, and audio recording during screenings are strictly prohibited.
・Photography inside the venue outside screening times is permitted only for guest photos and at designated photo spots. Please be considerate so that other guests are not included in your photos.
【Screening Etiquette】
・During screenings, please turn off your mobile phones and smartphones or set them to airplane mode, and ensure that no sound, vibration, or screen lighting occurs.
・Please refrain from talking or engaging in any behavior during screenings that may disturb other audience members.
【Food, Drinks & Trash】
・Only beverages are permitted inside the theater.
・Please be careful, as spilling drinks may cause inconvenience to other guests or damage to theater facilities.
・Food and drinks are permitted in the lobby; however, there are no trash bins inside the venue. Please take your trash with you when you leave.
【Restrooms & Facilities】
・Gender-segregated restrooms are available on the 2nd floor.
・A multipurpose restroom accessible to all, including wheelchair users, is available on the 1st floor.
・Please give priority use of the elevator to guests who have difficulty using stairs, such as wheelchair users.
【Harassment & Disruptive Behavior】
・Discriminatory remarks, harassment, and intimidating or aggressive behavior that undermine the safety and dignity of other guests are strictly prohibited.
・To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, guests who engage in behavior that interferes with the screening may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, no refunds or ticket changes will be provided.
About the Disability Discount
(Please read if applicable)
・Movie tickets are priced uniformly at 1,800 yen; however, only individuals who present a disability certificate at the reception on the day of the screening are eligible to receive a 200-yen refund in cash.
・When receiving the refund, you will be asked to write your name on a receipt form.
・Refunds are available only at the reception desk on the day of the screening.
